Grain Products

For every 18 pounds (2.72 gallons) of ethanol produced from one bushel of corn, 17 pounds of distillers grains are produced. Distillers grains provide an excellent source of energy and protein in beef, dairy, swine, and poultry rations. The nutritional characteristics of distillers grains allow for versatile feeding scenarios while potentially decreasing production costs.
